Program description
The program includes classes according to the unique system of Joseph Pilates, which is so correct and suitable for a modern person that it remains unchanged to this day, increasing its popularity.
Pilates exercises are specifically designed to restore the natural curves of the spine. The main goal of Pilates training is to become aware of your patterns in movement and posture, get rid of bad habits and find effective and stress-free alternatives in order to restore neuromuscular balance again. Pilates is self-control, health, grace and energy of a trained body! Unique massages will effectively relieve muscle tension and relax.

- 1 x 30 min posture analysis of your body
- 1 x 30 min final Pilates consultation
