Program review “Complete transformation“ detox hotel “Health Oasis”
I have been looking at Detox programs offered in the world for a long time. The choice fell on Thailand, Koh Samui, because the climate with an abundance of fruits is very suitable for me and I love the people of Thailand very much. Based on the optimality of price and quality, I chose the Transformation program at the Helf Oasis hotel and did not regret it at all. Very cozy, green hotel. Everything is within walking distance: room, ocean, reception – it’s very convenient. Very attentive, friendly staff, work clearly. I am delighted with the program itself, and even more so with the results. My friends! How much dirt came out of me, although I considered myself already purified – 3 years of fruit-eating. The result is amazing: I lost excess weight, got slimmer, there was an extraordinary lightness in the body, there was a transition to a low diet.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail here, the days flew by unnoticed, food was not even thought of. 11 days without solid food passed very comfortably, under the watchful attention of Dr. Maria. Many thanks to my tour curator – Anna from Koh Sanuk: if it wasn’t for her, I would hardly have decided on such a brave step. The only disadvantage of my trip is a poor knowledge of English, it was difficult to communicate. I recommend Anna to provide English-speaking tourists with programs in Russian. Friends, if anyone has any questions, I will be happy to answer. I really want to go to the same program for the second time.

Review of weight loss program detox hotel “Health Oasis”
Was at the detox hotel Health Oasis in May 2015. I always thought that losing weight is hard work. But on Koh Samui, I was convinced that it could be different. I got everything in one bottle: adventures, impressions and weight loss. On the first day, the doctor instructed me what and how I should take. I had a separate basket with drops, pills, etc. Everything was natural. And it began. Every day we drank diluted juices with the addition of bentonite clay + additives. I wasn’t hungry. Clay is not that pleasant, but it is quite tolerable. Every morning there was a yoga class. He woke me up wonderfully. During the day, I swam between the corals several times. Yes, I haven’t been lazy yet and I’ve been cycling for an hour a day. For 9 days – 6 kg. This is an excellent result for me. The only thing that was not quite comfortable was enemas. But a person gets used to everything. On the third day, I took them for granted. As a result, I was very satisfied with both the result and the process of losing weight. Besides, I’ve made new acquaintances. In general, I had a great time!

Detox Center Review “Health Oasis”
I recently had the opportunity to experience the detox program on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. From the moment I found the website https://www.detoxretreatsthailand.com/, I knew I had found the perfect place for my detox vacation. The site offered a wide range of programs to suit my personal preferences, and Anna was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and providing a personalized experience.
I decided to take the “Dawn” program for 7 days at the Health Oasis hotel, and it was one of the most amazing vacations of my life. Every day was filled with the vibrant colors of nature, the energy of the sun and ocean, and the freshness of tropical showers. The morning yoga sessions helped me find harmony with nature, while the Thai massage and acupuncture treatments allowed me to let go of all my worries and recharge my energy. The local spices and aromatic oils were a delicious surprise, but what really amazed me was the feeling of absolute freedom. It was a truly unique experience, and I would definitely trust Anna and her team again for my next wellness vacation.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the detox program on Koh Samui for anyone who wants to disconnect from the stress of daily life and reconnect with their inner self. The program offers a perfect balance of physical and mental activities, and the hotel staff are friendly and attentive. I already miss the island and can’t wait to come back next year!

Review of detox center “New Leaf”
The complex itself is about 2-3 stars, although there is no official rating, like hotels, for similar establishments in Thailand. I want to draw your attention to the fact that this is not a hotel.
You definitely won’t like it:
- accommodation (bungalow houses), honestly quite modest ~ 2*
- bathroom
- bed
- conditions in which you need to do cleansing (between 2 and 3*), although everything is disinfected and regularly rooms and bathrooms are cleaned. The level of a Soviet hospital, a provincial town.
- the beach (dirty in places, only those places where there are neighboring hotels are cleaned) but close!
- in the evening after 6 o’clock, there is practically nowhere to go. (but considering that you can’t eat or drink anyway, it doesn’t matter)
- sauna
Now about the Advantages that I have tried on myself and I am ready to vouch for it:

- The program developed by the director of Compex is 100% effective. (6 kg in two weeks). Everyone who was nearby +/- has the same results.
- After the program, the habit of a healthy lifestyle remains, strength is restored, fatigue disappears, the skin becomes better.
- Natural supplements (dietary supplements) and fruit cocktails are used, which do not allow you to starve, but at the same time do not allow you to gain weight. Many other programs are based on the fact that a person, being in a state of constant hunger, cannot even think of anything else as food.
- There are no temptations around and everyone who is on this program comes there only for the purpose of detox and weight loss. There are no other guests. The group has a maximum of about 15 people.
- Excellent staff. They work quite competently.
- Everyone who was on the program was satisfied, there were no complaints. At the same time, customers return. And there were several people who expressed the opinion that, compared even with European and 5* centers, this program was the most effective.
