Absolute Sanctuary is an extraordinary Moroccan-inspired boutique resort on the sunny island of Koh Samui. If you are already staying at another hotel/villa, it is possible to book detox, wellness and yoga programs without accommodation (prices on request).
Detox
Detox programs are very carefully thought out and created for those who want to “overhaul” their body in terms of health. The hotel presents a wide variety of programs with a choice of the optimal type of food, according to individual needs and preferences – raw food, vegetarian or complete fasting. All programs are comprehensive with a holistic approach (approach to the body as a whole) and include colon hydrotherapy sessions (although there are options without it), high-quality dietary supplements, special detox massage sessions, yoga classes and much more. All these activities helps to achieve the maximum effect of cleansing the body in a short time from the inside and out, in order to start life “from the scratch”.
