Sala-dhavan

Sala-dhavan translates as “sunny pavilion”. With the exception of a natural granite boulder that limits the space, this pentagonal-shaped villa, true to its name, is a very open structure and has almost no solid walls. Due to the presence of two levels and a small attic, it can accommodate four people, and is ideal for a family.

Sala-dhavan is located on the slope of a mountain with a magnificent view of the rainforest and the blue strip of the sea in the distance, and its main and unique highlight is a giant granite boulder lying right in the middle of the front yard. It serves as an ideal place for sunbathing or admiring the starry sky.

The master bedroom with a view of the surrounding garden is built into a cool granite niche. In addition to the outdoor bathroom, which is part of the natural rock garden at the rear of the villa, the lower level bedroom has an isolated bathroom with toilet and shower.

The presence of a gate at the entrance to the territory of sala Dhawan allows you to safely reach it by car or motorcycle at any time of the day, which gives this villa a special comfort for privacy.

Note: Due to the presence of a high upper level and stairs, sala dhawan may not be suitable for toddlers or small children.
