Program Description
A soft introductory detox program or a short option for those who would like to take a short detox course without hydrocolonotherapy, which is replaced by an effective manual lymphatic drainage massage. It is also suitable for express wellness and tidying up your appearance before celebrating an important event for you – for example, a wedding, wedding anniversary, birthday, etc. Preliminary choice of the type of food: vegetarian or raw food. An option is possible on hunger.
The program includes
- 1 session of manual lymphatic drainage massage per day
- 2-3 detox drinks per day
- 1 liver cleansing drink at the beginning and end of the program
- 2 chlorophyll shots (concentrated green cocktails)
- The type of food to choose from: from complete starvation to a light vegetarian menu
- Juice of one fresh coconut per day
- One vegetable broth per day
- Initial wellness consultation with removal of biometric data
- Final detox consultation with recommendations at home
- 1 yoga class per day
- Attending group fitness classes according to the schedule
- Transfer Koh Samui Airport-hotel and back
- Free access to the swimming pool, steam room, fitness studio and mini-cinema
