Program Description
The program includes classes on the unique Joseph Pilates system, which is so correct and suitable for a modern person that it remains unchanged to this day, increasing its popularity.
Pilates exercises are specially designed to restore the natural curves of the spine. The main goal of Pilates classes is to realize your stereotypes in movements and posture, get rid of bad habits and find effective and stress–free alternatives to restore neuromuscular balance again. Pilates is self–control, health, grace and energy of a trained body! Unique massages will effectively relieve muscle tension and relax.
The program includes
- Initial wellness consultation
- 1 x 30 min analysis of your body poses
- 1 x 30 min final pilates consultation
- Balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner. Selection of dishes from the spa menu in the restaurant
- 2 group pilates classes per day
- Unlimited attendance of group fitness classes according to the schedule
- Free access to the swimming pool, steam room, fitness studio and mini-cinema
- Transfer Koh Samui Airport-hotel and back
