Program Description
Soft classic detox program. Hydrocolonotherapy sessions are held every other day. Stress-free, easy-to-adapt option. It is most effective in combination with detox preparation and exit programs. Preliminary choice of the type of food: vegetarian or raw food.
The program includes:
- Type of food to choose from:vegetarian or raw food
- Juice of one fresh coconut per day
- One vegetable broth per day
- 1 liver cleansing drink at the beginning and end of the program
- 2-4 detox drinks per day
- 2 chlorophyll shots (concentrated green cocktails)
- Unlimited attendance of yoga classes
- Initial wellness consultation with removal of biometric data
- Final detox consultation with recommendations at home
- Attending group fitness classes according to the schedule
- Free access to the swimming pool, steam room, fitness studio and mini-cinema
- Transfer Koh Samui Airport-hotel and back
